Return Process

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your appliance.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, then ship it back to our processing center using the provided label.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
